To request A/V support, for your organization's planned campus event, please

Make your AV request as early as possible. Support is provided first-come-first-serve. Requests with less than 7 business days notice risk going unsupported due to limited personnel and equipment resources.
SOMEC supported event requests with less than 3 weeks notice risk having a $100 dollar fine plus reduced support.
If you are hosting
a professional guest performer, please attach the Technical Rider portion of the
contract to this e-mail before
you sign the contract. E-mail us as soon as you reserve the space on the
Master Calendar or before you make advertising fliers
