If you are sending emails using Outlook, and wish to limit the ability of the recipients so they cannot Reply All, Reply, or Forward the message, you need to install a plug-in for Outlook.

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Go to the web site http://www.groovypost.com/howto/microsoft/disable-reply-all-office-2010-outlook-exchange/ and download and install the plug-in.
  3. Start Outlook. The new buttons that you will see will disable the ability for the recipient to reply, reply all, or forward an email, and they will be available anytime you create a new email.
