For Arkansas high school seniors who have a 3.6 or higher GPA and who have scored 27 ACT or above or 1280 SAT or above (Statement
on Comparing ACT and SAT results), the Hendrix Arkansas Advantage will meet all of your demonstrated financial need through merit scholarships,
need-based grants, federal and state grants, federal student loans and student employment. You only need to do three things— apply for admission to Hendrix, complete the FAFSA, and fill out the Arkansas YOUniversal Scholarship Application.

Hendrix will meet 100% of demonstrated financial need of any Arkansas high school senior who qualifies and enrolls at the College in fall 2018.

For the Hendrix Arkansas Advantage, demonstrated need is defined as the student's cost of attendance minus the expected family contribution (EFC) as determined by the FAFSA and including student employment earnings.
Your financial aid package could include any form of financial assistance, including merit scholarships, need-based grants, federal and state grants, federal student loans up to annual borrowing limits (does not include parent loans or alternative
loans) and student employment. The financial aid package could also include a Hendrix Arkansas Advantage grant to meet 100% of demonstrated need.
Yes. Students identified as eligible in their freshman year, who remain in good academic standing and file a FAFSA each year, will continue to have 100% of demonstrated need met for up to 8 semesters of enrollment.
No. Much like the Governor's Distinguished program, the Hendrix Arkansas Advantage provides support for outstanding Arkansas high school students who meet the eligibility criteria.
