Prime Beef Salad - $16.90 per person                 
Gourmet greens fanned with prime beef and finished with caramelized shallots, Portobello mushrooms and smoked gouda cheese.
 
Chicken Cobb Salad -$13.75 per person
Chicken, bacon, hard cooked eggs, mixed salad greens, tomato, avocado, blue cheese and green onions with vinaigrette dressing.
 
Chef's Chicken Salad - $12.25 per person 
Chef's chicken salad served in lettuce bowl.
 
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - $12.50 per person
Grilled Chicken breast fanned on a fresh bed of chopped greens, tomatoes, olives served with freshly made Caesar dressing, croutons and grated parmesan cheese.
 
Lobster Salad - $17.95 per person 
Grilled lobster with asparagus, celery root, and hearts of palm served on bib lettuce with lemon grass pesto.
 
Chef's Entree Salad Station (groups of 50 or less) - $13.50 per person
Choice of three Salads: Greek Salad- Grilled chicken breast,fresh chopped greens, olive salad, shaved onion, shredded carrot, tomato wedges and feta cheese with Chef's dressing. Chicken Caesar Salad- Grilled chicken breast, fresh chopped greens, freshly prepared Caesar dressing, sundried tomato croutons and grated parmesan cheese. Thai Chicken Salad- Grilled chicken breast, fresh chopped greens, shaved carrot, enoki mushroom, fresh chopped cilantro and bell pepper with spicy Thai dressing.

                                  

Pork Loin Salad - $15.95 per person 
Citrus braised pork loin served on a bed of quinoa, avocado, corn, jicima and roasted red peppers served with smoked mango salsa.
 
Mediterranean Salad - $12.95 per person 
Marinated artichokes, tomatoes, kalamata olives, green peppers, red onion, potato and feta cheese tossed in balsamic vinaigrette on mixed greens served with grilled flat bread.
