Academic Background
B.A., Brandeis University, 2014
M.A., University of Michigan, 2016
Ph.D., University of Michigan, 2022
Academic Interests
My research focuses on economic rhetoric in Early Modern and Medieval literature. I am especially interested in issues of labor-- my current project investigates figurations of work that isn't working in 16th and 17th century literary texts. I work across genre, in poetry and drama; likewise, I teach courses in both poetry and drama here at Hendrix, including Shakespeare.
