Go to https://teams.microsoft.com in your web browser of choice
Once you navigate to the page you will be prompted to log in to your Hendrix account. This is the same information you use to access your email and work computer (e.g. smithj@hendrix.edu)
Once you have logged in you will be taken to Teams on the Web
Enter a HelpDesk request using our online form. Someone should contact you shortly concerning your issue.
