The following list contains devices that cannot connect to Hendrix's wireless network. On some of the devices, you may connect through the wired or Hendrix Gaming network. On other devices, such as a printer, you may use the USB or Bluetooth capabilities of that device to connect.
For the following products there is not a way to resolve the issue. The product does not support the level of network complexity that is required to join the Hendrix network.
- Amazon Echo
- Kindle Fire Stick
- PlayStation Vita
- Roku Streaming Stick
- Wireless printers from any manufacturer
For the products below, you can connect them through the wired or Hendrix Gaming Network.
- Blu-Ray players
- Google TV
- Nintendo Products
- PlayStation PS3 and PS4
- Roku Player
- Xbox 360 and Xbox One
- Smart TVs
On these products, the only solution is to download the content onto the device from a computer with network access.
