For PC or Mac
To move multiple emails in Outlook:
For Mac press Command (⌘) + A to select all of the emails in the folder.
Press Ctrl+A to select all of the emails in the folder.
Highlight the first message you want to select in the list.
Press and hold down the Shift key.
Highlight the last message in the list of emails.
Release the Shift key.
From there one can either drag the emails into a folder or right click and select the “move” option.
