There are times when you might need to send an email from an account that is different than your normal email account. To make the from field accessible, when composing a message, select the Options tab and press the “Show From” button to enable the from field for all sent emails.
When you use Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016 and reply or forward an email from the Reading Pane, the Show Fields group can be found all the way to the right on the Message tab.
To show the BCC field, select the Options tab and press the “Show BCC” button to enable the from field for all sent emails. This is also done while the compose message is open.
