How To Resolve a Connection Problem

If you're having a connection problem, there are a few possible ways to resolve the issue.

First, you may have an incorrect IP address. If this is the case, you need to "Release/Renew" your IP address. Instructions on how to do this can be found in this article.

If you have suddenly lost connection, you may need to check your Hendrix account password. You can view/change your password by logging into your Campus Web account. Instructions on how to change your password can be found in this article.

If neither of these options resolve the issue you are having, please contact the helpdesk.
