Facility Reservations

All groups must submit a Facility Request Form that can be obtained by contacting Karl Lenser at (501) 450-1452 or wac@hendrix.edu.

Groups desiring to make a reservation will need to have one representative in charge of arranging the reservation.

Interested groups should submit the Facility Request Form at least 14 days prior to the requested reservation date. Reservations are based on a first come first serve basis.

Requesting parties will receive a reply from WAC administration as soon as possible in order to finalize the details of the request.

Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation must be submitted to the WAC Director at least 24 hours prior to the assigned reservation time. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $100.00 fine.

The WAC reserves the right to re-assign or cancel the request for the facility due to any unforeseen circumstances.
