Students who are not returning for the fall or spring semesters because of graduation, study abroad, or other reasons should contact the Registrar’s Office to complete appropriate forms and paperwork before departure. They should follow these simple check-out procedures for each room, suite or apartment:
- Remove all objects from walls, windows, closets, drawers, etc.
- Remove all personal belongings. The college does not assume responsibility for personal belongings left in the residence.
- Clean the living space reasonably upon departure. Please be sure to remove trash.
Schedule an appointment with a Resident Assistant, Area Coordinator or Apartment Manager for inspection. After inspection, the student will be asked to sign a Room Condition Report. Upon completion of check out, the staff member will collect room keys.
