February 20   Room Selection Information emailed to current students, including those abroad and on LOA but scheduled to return to campus in the fall of 2013.  
March 1 Deadline to make arrangements with the Business Office concerning financial hold.  
March 1   Deadline to turn in Residency Exemption Request Application (if applicable).  
March 1   Deadline to turn in any special medical request with required documentation.  
March 1   Deadline to submit your Statement of Intent and, if interested, a GNH Program Application.  
March 15   Off-campus and GNH program approval/denial notifications sent.  
March 11-15   Residents of temporary spaces come to the Res Life Office to choose a room.  
March 22   Draw numbers will be emailed to students.  
April 1  

Any group that has at least one current Senior (These groups will go according to the lower class-cohort’s number.)


6:00 PM – 6:15 PM     

Groups of current Juniors with current Juniors


6:15 PM – 6:30 PM           2000 – 2099


6:30 PM – 6:45 PM           2100 – 2199


6:45 PM – 7:00 PM           2200 – 2299  

Mixed Groups of current Juniors and current Sophomores (These groups will go according to the current Sophomore’s number.)

7:15 PM – 7:30 PM           3200 – 3350  


April 1 was for:


Any group that contained at least one current senior;


Groups of current juniors with other current juniors;


Mixed groups of current juniors and current sophomores.


If you missed your sign up time, go to the Res Life office immediately.
