The Hendrix Parents Fund is an important component of the College Annual Fund. It provides crucial support to the educational mission of Hendrix and ensures that the College remains one of the best values in American higher education, providing a hands-on liberal arts education in a demanding but supportive environment.

The Bursar's Office handles student account inquiries, except for questions concerning financial aid, which should be directed to the Financial Aid Office. The Bursar is available for answering questions about student accounts. The office handles student refunds, keys, student photo ID cards, check cashing, meal plans, and student paychecks. The Bursar's Office is located on the first floor of Fausett Hall, and may be accessed at the Cashier's Window.

The Office of Career Services oversees graduate school information, internship supervision, career planning, and job placement. It also coordinates student workshops and events, on-campus recruitment, and employer relations, as well as many other services and events provided to employers, students, and alumni.

Hendrix Dining Services maintains a full service dining operation serving the entire campus community, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and guests. However, the students are our primary focus.

Health Services

Hendrix College has contracted with Conway Regional Medical Center (CRMC) to provide on-campus health services to the student body. Services are provided by an Advanced Practice Nurse in collaboration with a local physician from CRMC. The Advanced Practice Nurse provides basic medical assessment and treatment for minor illnesses, physician referral services, and many other student health services. Students who require services beyond the scope of the clinic will be referred to a local physician. This includes management of moderate to severe illnesses, radiology and advanced laboratory services.

The Hendrix College Post Office is a branch of the United States Post Office and provides most postal services to the Hendrix Community - registered, certified, insured, and air mail as well as stamps and money orders. The window hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the office hours are from 7:30am - 4:30pm (except holidays and vacations).

Residence Life deals with the on campus housing at Hendrix. The Residence Life website has rules and regulations for the dormitories as well as a list of recommended and forbidden items. Residence Hall information and floor plans can be found on the site as well.
