• 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 18

Check-in times

• Out-of-state students: 8-10 a.m.
• In-state students: 10 a.m. to noon

We highly suggest that you plan to arrive at the appropriate time set aside for you to avoid unnecessary waiting lines. Upon your arrival at Hendrix, you will need to go to your assigned building to pick up your keys and sign your Residence Life contract.

The Residence Life staff is looking forward to an exciting year filled with Hendrix Warrior spirit and pride! We are confident that Residence Life will be a highlight to your Hendrix career.

Move-in day driving directions

From Interstate 40:

There is a lot of traffic due to constuction on Harkrider (Highway 65), so we are giving you alternate routes. 

For South Side campus residents (Martin, Hardin, Couch), from Interstate 40 East, take Exit 127 and turn left onto Highway 64 (Oak Street). From Oak street, you will drive all the way to downtown Conway and you will make a right onto Front St. Front St. will end at Spruce St - take a right onto Spruce St.  This will take you to the south side parking lots. 

For North Side residents (Raney, Veasey, Galloway), take exit 124 of I-40 E. You will take a left, which will be Washington Ave.  Take Washington Ave. all the way until you get to the roundabout.  Take a left turn off the roundabout onto Winfield St., which will lead you to the North Side parking lot.

From Interstate 40 West, you will take a right off of exit 127 if you live in the South side of campus.  If you live on the North Side, take a right off of exit 124.  Follow the directions above for the rest of the directions.
