CONWAY, Ark. (July 28, 2012) - Little Rock criminal defense attorney John Wesley Hall '70 has been elected to serve a two-year term as Treasurer for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), at the Association's annual meeting.
Hall has already served as the NACDL's Treasury, as well as serving as Secretary, a Board Member, Second and First Vice-President, President-Elect, and President.
A scholar and author on the Fourth Amendment, Hall has written numerous legal books and articles. He has argued twice in the Supreme Court. He has also defended a Sierra Leone military officer at an international criminal tribunal in that country.
