CONWAY, Ark. (Feb. 10, 09) – Representatives of eight seminaries will meet with Hendrix students and interested members of the Methodist community on Wednesday, Feb. 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hulen Ballroom on the Hendrix College campus.
Hendrix students who are interested in attending seminary after graduation are being encouraged to attend. The event is also open to others in the community who are interested in a career in the ministry or in more information about participating seminaries.
Schools with representatives attending include: Asbury Theological Seminary, Candler School of Theology, Duke Divinity School, Iliff School of Theology, Perkins School of Theology, United Theological Seminary, Vanderbilt Divinity School, and Wesley Theological Seminary.
Information and materials from Boston School of Theology and the Methodist Theological Seminary will also be available.
Individual appointments with specific seminaries can be made from 1-5 p.m. A reception for all participants is scheduled from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Mills Library.
