The Post Office Clerk is a part-time position that provides
support to all of the Hendrix Post Office / Mail Room operations. The Post Office Clerk sorts and delivers
mail, receives and logs packages and mail items, works with campus constituents
and student workers, and performs other tasks related to the efficient
operation of the campus Post Office / Mail Room
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and relevant work experience that demonstrates reliability and dependability are required for this position. Qualified
applicants will exhibit a student-oriented approach and a demonstrated ability
to communicate effectively with various outside constituencies – students,
faculty, staff and outside vendors. Some
computer skills are preferred. Must be
able to lift and work with packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
