How do I request access to Jenzabar

If you need to access the Administrative systems for purchasing, reporting, or data entry please complete this form and return it to the Information Technology department. If you already have a Jenzabar account you can send a request detailing the functionality which you need added to your access.

The Jenzabar account information is used to access Jenzabar and Infomaker (the reporting tool) as well as Access databases which are linked to the Jenzabar database.
