Free Services

Allergy Injections
Available Monday through Friday before 4:00pm. Serum and proper documentation from the prescribing physician must be furnished.  Students must have an Epi-pen readily available and must remain in the clinic 30 minutes after the injection.  No build-up injections will be given.  Students must be on their maintenance dose to receive allergy injections at Student Health Services. 

Strep, Mono, Urine and Pregnancy Screenings
Available during regular office hours free of charge.

Weight Control and Nutritional Counseling
Available during regular office hours free of charge.

Educational MaterialsAvailable during regular office hours free of charge.

Acute Medical Diagnosis and Disease Managment
Available during regular office hours free of charge.

Durable Medical Equipment Loan
Crutches, Walkers, Braces, Wheelchairs, and other medical equipment are available for loan during regular office hours free of charge.

TB Skin Tests  Available during regular office hours free of charge.  A return visit in 48 hours is required for interpretation of the skin test.

Condoms
Available during regular office hours free of charge.

Birth Control and STD referrals and Counseling

Student Health Services does not offer birth control or STD testing/treatment.  Students may visit a local physician the Faulkner County Health Department (501-450-4941) for these services.  Walk-in clinics, such as Prime Care also offer STD testing and treatment.
