How do I become a Road Warrior?

There are two easy ways to purchase your Hendrix license plate:

1. In person at the Office of Motor Vehicles in Little Rock (located in the Charles D. Ragland Building at 1900 W. 7^th Street)
2. Download and print the Hendrix plate request form and mail it to:

In addition to normal annual registration fees, there are additionalannual fees in the amounts of $10.00 for handling and administrative costs and $25.00 for the college. The $25.00 fee for Hendrix is a contribution to the college annual fund and is tax deductible. Purchasers have the option of keeping the same expiration date as the plate being replaced or beginning the Hendrix plate with a full year’s registration.

How can I obtain a personalized plate?

The Conway Revenue Office cannot issue a personalized collegiate license plate. Orders must be submitted in person at the Office of Motor Vehicles or by mail. There is only space for up to four characters on the personalized Hendrix license plate, and there is an additional $25 annual fee for personalization.

How do I renew my Hendrix license plate?

Once you have your tag you can renew at any revenue office. You can also renew online at the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration's www.arstar.com or at the following Arkansas Wal-Mart Stores: Springdale, Russellville, West Little Rock, Forrest City, and McGehee.

Please Note:
The regular Hendrix plate (NOT personalized) can be purchased at ANY revenue office that sells specialty plates (not just the Conway revenue office). Only about 100 are getting sent to the Conway revenue office and only a few are getting sent to each of the other offices on this list.
