Hendrix students call it) is a long-time favorite. We’ll kick off Embrace the Orange
with the meal that everyone loves. You’ll be joined by Hendrix students who are
eager to talk about the ins and outs of life at Hendrix.

Worsham Performance Hall, Student Life and Technology Center
Hear from students at each point of their Hendrix experience. Freshmen, sophomores,
juniors, seniors, and graduates will describe every step of the way. Orientation,
study abroad, grad school- if you’ve got questions, they’ve got answers (and stories
along the way!)
Campus and Residence Hall Walk
Leaving from the Student Life and Technology Center
Crunch a few pecan shells and pick out where you will live the next four years!
Theme Day Lunch (students and parents)
Campbell Dining Hall, Student Life and Technology Center
Hendrix is famous for its award-winning cafeteria food (and our adoptive-grandma
cafeteria ladies!). We’re also famous for Theme Days. Our cafeteria staff decorates
the entire dining hall, they wear costumes, they serve food that fits the day. Embrace
the Orange falls on “Rock-n-Roll Day.” You can’t miss the great food and the chance
to jitterbug with Ms. Martha in the dining hall. Seriously- you must see it to believe
it!
