Facilities

The Chemistry Department is housed in modern (2000) facilities that are both aesthetically pleasing and scientifically functional. Classes are held in a mix of traditional classrooms and small lecture rooms that are perfectly suited for the small class sizes at Hendrix. Teaching, research, and instrument labs along with stockroom and computer facilities provide the tools necessary for students to succeed in their studies.
 

• Teaching laboratories – 6000 sq. ft.
• Research laboratories – 3000 sq. ft.
• Computer facilities – 1000 sq. ft.
• Instrument facilities – 1500 sq. ft.
• Stockroom and chemical storage – 1000 sq. ft.
