
CareerFest 2012 will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012 from 11:00am-1:30pm in the Worsham Performance Hall in the Student Life and Technology Center on the Hendrix College Campus. Registration is $75 until Friday, February 10, 2012. After that date, registration fees will increase to $85. Your registration fee covers lunch & an 8' table for two representatives. $10 will be added to your registration fee for each additional representative beyond the original two. Please plan to be on campus to set up your table by 10:00am. Students will begin to arrive at 11:00am, and a complimentary box lunch for each representative will be available. Information covering parking, directions, and other day-of-event details will arrive via email a week prior to the event. We look forward to having you on campus!

We will be sending our students a pre-event newsletter this year with short write-ups on each exhibitor. Please let us know what you want our students to know about your organization or program if you wish to be included by adding your write-up in the space below. In addition, we would also like for you to send us a quality image of your organization's logo to be added to our promotional video and mobile website.
