CONWAY, Ark. (Sept. 15) -- The Hendrix College Athletics Department was busy reviewing resumes and conducting interviews throughout the summer, so you may see a few new faces on the sidelines when attending contests this year.  The Warriors have welcomed six new coaches and an athletic trainer to the 2009-10 staff.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 25) -- Sewanee-The University of the South may have handed Hendrix College a 10-9 loss in its 2009 season finale, however, the Warriors ended the stretch on a high note by breaking the program’s record for most goals scored in a game.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 24) -- Colorado College scored 19 unanswered goals over the first three quarters of action, while Tigers’ Carson Christman led the way with four goals on the day to tally a 20-1 win over Hendrix College on Friday afternoon.

CONWYAY, Ark. (April 17) -- Trine University opened the game with 14 unanswered goals until Hendrix College sophomore attackman Clayton Cersonsky put the Warriors on the scoreboard with just 0:01 left in the first half. Hendrix dropped its 2009 home season finale, 20-4, on Friday night at Warrior Field.

CONWYAY, Ark. (April 11) -- Birmingham-Southern College used an eight-goal second quarter to break away for a 17-5 win over Hendrix College on Saturday afternoon at Warrior Field.  Sophomore Clayton Cersonsky led the Warriors with three goals on the day.

ST. LOUIS (March 28) -- The Hendrix College lacrosse team suffered an 8-4 loss to Fontbonne University on Saturday. The Warriors were outshot 46-22, recorded 34 turnovers and were held to just one goal in the second half. Hendrix now stands at 0-8 overall and will look ahead to its April 11 affair against Birmingham-Southern University at Warrior Field.

CONWAY, Ark. (March 19) -- Hendrix College was outshot by 20 chances and committed 27 turnovers in its 8-4 loss to Carthage College on Thursday night at Warrior Field.  Warriors’ first year attackman Justin Fortier led the way with two goals and an assist on the night.

YONKERS, N.Y. (March 12) -- Hendrix College sophomore Tim Wojcik tied it up with 12:09 to go in the fourth quarter before the College of Mount St. Vincent scored the go-ahead goal with 9:22 remaining and held on for the 6-5 win over the Warriors on Thursday night. The one-goal margin is the lowest in Hendrix’s two-year history.

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (March 11) -- The Hendrix College lacrosse team kicked off its spring break trip with a 20-7 loss to Farmingdale State University on Wednesday afternoon. Sophomore midfielders Tim Wojcik and Daniel Abernathy led the Warriors with two goals apiece. Hendrix falls to 0-4 on the season and will continue its road trip to the College of Mount St. Vincent on Thursday.
