Engaging in Active Learning

You learn more when you do more. That's the educational philosophy behind Your Hendrix Odyssey, an exciting new component to our curriculum.

With six categories and plenty of flexibility, the Odyssey Program encourages all Hendrix students to embark on educational adventures that are personalized to their own interests and abilities.

Beginning with the Hendrix graduating class of 2009, all students are required to complete three Odyssey experiences selected from the six categories listed below. Members of the classes of 2006, 2007 and 2008 have also been invited to participate on an elective basis.

An experiential transcript, attached to the academic transcript, will record each student's participation in the Odyssey Program.
