Help Desk does NOT offer network support of student owned equipment other than laptop and desktop computers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal Gaming Systems (Xbox, Wii, Playstation, Nintendo)
- Streaming Devices (Apple TV, Rogu)
- Wireless Printers
- Personal Readers (Kindle, Nook)
*The encryption level of the Hendrix Wireless network is so high it often doesn’t support most gaming consoles and popular web based devices
*Hendrix does not recommend using a wireless printer on campus because once configured anyone on campus can view and print to that printer.
