Topic: "Emerald Cities Reconsidered: Energy and Resources in Urban Consumption Patterns" 
"Cindy Isenhour is the ACS Post-Doctoral Fellow in Environmental Studies at Centre College. She holds degrees in communication and anthropology from Miami University, Colorado State, and the University of Kentucky. Her research traces connections between environmental and economic policy, with a special interest in sustainable cities."
