SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Nov. 8) -- Hendrix College saw its 2009 season come to an end on a rainy Sunday afternoon with a 0-2 loss to No. 5 Trinity University at the Jesse H. Jones Soccer Field. The Tigers scored two second half goals for the victory. The Warriors wrap up the season with a 9-8-2 overall record and 4-4-2 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference mark.

GEORGETOWN, Texas (Nov. 6) -- The Hendrix College men’s soccer held strong for 76 minutes against Southwestern University until junior midfielder Alex Keller scored the game winner off an assist from junior defender Fernando Leon on Friday afternoon at Pirates Field.

CONWAY, Ark. (Nov. 1) -- The Hendrix College men’s soccer team used three first half goals to post a 3-1 win over SCAC foe Colorado College, giving Warriors’ head coach Doug Mello his 400th career victory on Sunday afternoon at Warrior Field. Hendrix improves to 9-6-2 overall and 4-2-2 in SCAC action, while Colorado moves to 9-8-1 on the year and 5-4-0 in league play. The Warriors overall mark is their best since going 9-5-0 in 1993.

CONWAY, Ark. (Oct. 30) -- The Hendrix College men’s soccer team suffered a 0-1 loss to Austin College after a foul was called on the Warriors inside the box with just 0:10 showing on the scoreboard. Kangaroos’ senior midfielder Alex Dawson made good on his penalty kick chance for the SCAC win Friday night at Warrior Field.

CONWAY, Ark. (Oct. 25) -- Hendrix College and Oglethorpe University played to a nail-biting 2-2 tie on Sunday afternoon at Warrior Field. The Warriors remain undefeated at 5-0-2 in the month of October. Hendrix now stands at 8-5-2 overall and 3-1-2 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference action (6th in the SCAC with 11 points), while Oglethorpe moves to 6-8-2 on the year and 1-5-1 in league play (10th in SCAC with four points).
